Stock Footage License.
All of A Luna Blue's Stock Footage Titles are royalty free, which means the footage clips can be used as many times as you like without incurring additional fees or costs.
All rights are reserved by A Luna Blue. This single user license is granted only to the registered owner of an A Luna Blue DVD or CD-ROM. Your invoice is the proof of your registration.
In no event will A Luna Blue; its Directors; Employees or Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or media.
Stock Footage Permitted Usage.
By this agreement A Luna Blue grants to the registered owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the A Luna Blue Stock Footage in any film, video, advertising, internet or multimedia production.
Stock Footage License Restrictions.
You may not copy or distribute copies of the images, movies, media, documentation or packaging to others.
You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell, distribute or provide to others any portion of the files from any A Luna Blue DVD or CD-ROM.
If A Luna Blue Stock Footage is used in a project that will be reproduced, sold or distributed, A Luna Blue Stock Footage may not comprise more than 25% of the length of the finished work.
A Luna Blue Stock Footage and Photography may not be included in any other clip media/stock product, library or collection for distribution or resale.
You may not use any A Luna Blue Stock Footage or Photography in any form of pornographic, defamatory, immoral or illegal material.
Stock Photography License.
All of A Luna Blue's Images (Photographs) are royalty free for production runs under 5000. For runs over 5000, where our images are the primary content in objects you create for resale (including Greeting Cards, Posters, T-Shirts and Premium Items), it is easy to obtain a Resale License. For a Resale License or for exclusive rights on any image please contact A Luna Blue.
All images; text and movie sequences on A Luna Blue's website, DVDs and CD-ROMs are proprietary and copyrighted. Each reproduction of any photograph must bear a credit line "© A Luna Blue".

We grant to the registered owner of a photograph with a 'Full Commercial License' use for advertising, packaging, marketing, brochures, presentations.
